Rash driving or riding in a public way.—Whoever drives any vehicle, or rides, on any public way in a manner so rash or negligent as to endanger human life, or to be likely to cause hurt or injury to any other person, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both, but such offences are bailable in nature and is triable by the Magistrate who is having the authority over the area wherein such offence has been committed.

Now, it'll be easier for you to understand why Nupur Choudhary was granted bail for a driving car that ran over the elderly couple in Dwarka, but of course, we do find out that her sister(Deepakshi Choudhary) tried to mislead the police (by getting herself arrested) to protect Nupur and both were sent behind bars.
So where did her gender aid her in the entire bail process? Nowhere.

Now that this is settled we can talk about the 26-year-old woman who was stabbed to death by her husband at a market in Delhi. The incident took place on April 10 in the afternoon
Footage of the incident shows the accused Harish repeatedly stabbing his wife Nilu in Delhi’s Dudh Vihar. The man was heard screaming “Don’t dare to come forward,” as some bystanders attempted to intervene and save the woman. According to the police, the man stabbed his wife 25 times over suspicion of her having an illicit affair.
Now, whether she was having an affair or not has not been revealed by the police, but the question that arises here is "what gave him the guts to kill his wife in broad daylight or at any point at all?"

In March, a man from Uttar Pradesh sewed his wife’s genitals over suspicion of adultery. The incident took place in March in Rampur. The man asked whether the woman was willing to prove her loyalty, tied her limbs together, and sewed her genitals with an aluminium thread. The woman managed to contact her mother after the attack, and she was then taken to the hospital and a police complaint was filed.
That same month, a 45-year-old man in Maharashtra allegedly murdered his wife due to her illness and n Bangalore, a 39-year-old woman was allegedly assaulted by her husband after she asked him to pay their son’s school fees
Why is it okay for men to do whatever they gratify?

I perceive my father, my brothers, my male friends and teachers would never do such a thing, I know.
Nevertheless, India is still the most perilous country for women!
It's still a place where marital rape is okay (where 97% of times the victim is the wife)
It's still a country where you can murder your wife and sit next to the body to take a "break".
It's still a country where you need to develop a defence argument for women first before addressing an issue because,

Protest for equality, fight with all you have, but this course of proving feminism unethical or us feminists corrupt won't alter facts, won't change the revelation that our country is patriarchy.

Men and women both go through horrible things, but STOP addressing issues that men go through when we bring up issues about women. Why must the community demean a demanding issue to shed light on another?
Why do you only talk about what men go through when you necessitate decreasing the magnitude of what women go through?
When the case of Nupur came up 3409+ posts came up questioning and accusing feminism, even made by those who've never spoken about any issue which a woman goes through?

and half of the posting didn't even fret to learn about the intact incident, but presumably proving feminists sinful is more mattering
